Acceptable Use Policy
Effective: August 21, 2026. This Policy forms part of the Terms.
Do not misuse Rankelo
You must not use Rankelo to violate law or another person’s rights; access systems without permission; scan private networks; bypass authentication, robots controls where legally applicable, rate limits, CAPTCHAs, or provider restrictions; distribute malware; facilitate phishing, spam, fraud, harassment, exploitation, or deceptive impersonation; collect sensitive data without authority; publish defamatory, infringing, or unlawful material; manipulate search or AI systems through prohibited conduct; or interfere with Rankelo or third-party availability.
Credentials and automation
Do not share credentials outside authorized users, expose API keys in content, submit stolen tokens, or grant broader provider permissions than needed. Automated publishing must follow workspace approvals. You may not conceal Rankelo’s origin to evade provider enforcement or use the service to create coordinated inauthentic activity.
Fair use and quotas
Respect plan, crawl, browser, AI, SERP, storage, and job quotas. Do not create accounts or distribute workloads to evade limits. Rankelo may queue work, reject requests, or apply proportionate limits to protect shared free inference and search capacity.
Enforcement
We may investigate, preserve evidence, limit features, suspend access, remove unlawful content, notify an organization administrator, or cooperate with valid legal process. When practicable, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. Serious, repeated, or urgent abuse may result in immediate termination.
Reports
Report suspected misuse to contact@brandsap.com. Include non-sensitive evidence, relevant URLs, and dates. Do not test or exploit a suspected vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it safely.
